Newsletter sign-up: your name and email address. We use them to send product news, and they are stored with our mailing provider, Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Enquiries: anything you send us by email or phone. We use it to answer your enquiry and to process wholesale orders.
Website analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics records which pages are visited, the approximate location, and the device/browser used. Without consent, Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals. We do not use this data for advertising.
We process personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Where it applies, we also follow the EU/UK GDPR.
